Absolutely! We would love to work with you to collate a unique box for your bridesmaids (or mother of the bride, mother in law, flower girl, or special someone…). Yes we do! You can find the Valencia Bridal Robe and many of our other bridesmaid robes in sizes that will fit up to a NZ size 22.

Shipping is charged by weight and all packages are couriered from Auckland, New Zealand. Here is a shipping cost guide:

Due to the personalised nature of the products, we need some time to put your boxes together. Please allow 10 business days after placing your order for your package to arrive. Need it sooner? Get in touch and we’ll see what we can do to speed your order through. A rush fee may apply.
Currently we only ship to New Zealand addresses. Recipients living overseas? We recommend you ship your purchase to your own address and post these gifts overseas yourself. Please let us know if this is your plan - our wooden boxes might not make it to through customs in countries with restrictions on wood products. We have an alternative packaging option for this!
We take a lot of care when packaging your gift boxes to make sure they turn up in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that your purchase is damaged during shipping, please get in touch through our contact page within 10 days of receiving your order.
All customers are provided with a tracking number once the purchase has been shipped. If there are any issues with delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier company using the tracking number provided in the first instance. If the issue is not able to be resolved, then please get in touch through our contact page.
Quality is important to us. We will always replace products that don’t meet our high standards; please get in touch within 10 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds if you change your mind, but we may be able to offer an exchange depending on the situation. You must contact us about the exchange within 10 days of receiving your order and you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning any item(s) for an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
