FREE New Zealand-wide shipping for all orders over $250.

For orders under $250, shipping is $10 for gift boxes or $6.50 for small gifts, cards or a robe.

All packages are couriered from Wellington, New Zealand.

Due to the personalised nature of the products, we need some time to put gift boxes together. Please allow 10 business days after placing your order for your package to arrive. Need it sooner? Get in touch and we’ll see what we can do to speed your order through. A rush fee may apply.

All customers are provided with a tracking number once the purchase has been shipped. Please note that it can take 48 hours for details to start appearing at the link.

If there are any issues with delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier company using the tracking number provided in the first instance. If the issue is not able to be resolved, then please get in touch through our contact page.

We take a lot of care when packaging your gift boxes to make sure they turn up in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that your purchase is damaged during shipping, please get in touch through our contact page within 10 days of receiving your order.

Currently we only ship to New Zealand addresses. Recipients living overseas? We recommend you ship your purchase to your own address and post these gifts overseas yourself.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds if you change your mind, but we may be able to offer an exchange depending on the situation.
